CCOU 201 Research Paper Liberty University
This project will be completed throughout the eight week course. The student will choose a topic related to Christian counseling to research. This project will be completed in 3 parts:
Part 1: Research Paper Topic Proposal
The student will submit an APA formatted, research paper topic proposal of at least 250 words that will identify the topic on which they plan to write. It will include a title page in APA format.
Part 2: Annotated Bibliography
The student will find at least 4 scholarly journal articles that pertain to their topic. These articles will be submitted in the form of an Annotated Bibliography. The assignment will include a title page in APA format, the sources listed in APA format, as well as a brief summary of each article and a descriptions of its purpose in the paper (2–3 sentences).
Part 3: Research Paper
In the final step, the student will write a research paper on the topic chosen in Part 1. The essay will be at least 3-5 pages in length, include at least 4 scholarly references in addition to the Bible, and should be written in APA format. The essay submission should also include a title page and reference page in APA format.
